Will kids be allowed to attend the ceremony and/or reception?

A: As much as we love the kids in our families the environment for this event is not suitable for young children. Therefore, children under the age of 10 are not invited. Any children over the age of 10 will be included on the invitation.

Do I get a plus one?

A: Due to the rising cost of weddings we are keeping our guest number to a minimum. Any plus one will be addressed on the envelope (E.G. John Doe and one Additional Guest). If you bring a plus one and one is not addressed to you they will be asked to leave.

What is the dress code for the big day?

A: The bride and groom ask that you follow a semi-formal dress/dressy casual code. Please do not wear any shade of White or you will be asked to leave the event. Please avoid wearing Olive Green and Burt Orange Rust  as this color is reserved for the Wedding party.

What's the parking situation?

A: There is free parking in the parking lot right by the activity center for the reception. Park anywhere you wish in that lot.

Is the ceremony and/or reception outdoors or indoors?

A: Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be a combo indoor/outdoor.

Will there be an open bar?

A: Yes there will be an open bar. Please drink responsibly and plan accordingly for transportation if you plan to drink a good amount. Your car can not be left in the lot over night.

What time does the night end?

A: Everyone has to be off the property by midnight.

Is there a cell phone policy?

A: The bride and groom spent a lot of time selecting a photographer so there will be NO cell phones during the ceremony. Our photographer will get plenty of pictures we will share. There is no cell phone policy during the reception but the bride and groom ask that cell phones be limited.

Do we need to bring anything with us?

A: If you plan to drink please bring ID but other than that no! All food and drinks will be provided.

A: August 17th, 2024.
